Why a mobile/desktop app and not full invoicing software?

Our goal is not to replace invoicing or accounting software. Those are often heavy and expensive. We target a specific need: helping users who receive electronic invoices in UBL/XML to easily read, print, and file them. It’s a simple and affordable transition solution, complementary to existing software.

Is it legally compliant?

Yes. The app does not modify the original UBL/XML file (which remains the official document). It only generates a readable PDF copy for printing or internal archiving. This respects legal obligations while making daily management easier.

Who is the app for?

• Freelancers and professionals receiving supplier invoices in UBL format.
• Small businesses that want to keep archiving their invoices on paper.
• Accountants who need to quickly explain an electronic invoice to their clients.

How much does it cost?

We chose a simple and transparent model:

• Regular price: €19,99 (one-time purchase)
• Launch promo: €4,99 (App Store, December–January 2026)
  No hidden subscription, no ads.

Is it limited to Belgium?

No. The app reads the UBL/XML format, a standard used in several European countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Scandinavia…). We are launching in Belgium first, but the app is already ready for those other markets.

Why a paid app?

Because we aim for professional use. Invoices are sensitive documents: no ads, no data collection. A paid model ensures quality, confidentiality, and updates.

What added value compared to a free XML viewer?

An XML viewer shows the raw file, unreadable for most users. Our app generates a clear, structured, and printable document, similar to a traditional invoice. That’s a huge time saver and ensures safe paper archiving.

Does the app collect my personal data?

No. The app does not collect personal data.

Do my UBL/XML files leave my device?

No. All files stay on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. The PDF conversion is done locally.

Are the original files modified?

No. The app only generates a readable PDF copy. The UBL/XML file remains unchanged.

What if a display error occurs?

As stated in our Terms of Use, the user remains responsible for accounting and tax validity. The app is a tool for viewing and printing, not certified accounting software.

Can I try before buying?

Apple does not offer free trials for paid apps. But we regularly run temporary promotions.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. No internet required: files remain on your device.
